This page explains how to request a refund for a subscription purchased through our website, as well as what information should be included in your request.

1. Refunds for Website Purchases (Stripe)

If your subscription was purchased on our website and the payment was processed via Stripe, you can request a refund by contacting our support team.

Refund requests are reviewed individually. As a general rule, refund requests should be submitted within one billing cycle from the date of the charge.

2. How to Submit a Refund Request

Please send your request to:

Please include the following information:

  • email address associated with the subscription;
  • payment date;
  • transaction ID, receipt, or invoice details if available;
  • payment source (for example: Stripe, App Store, Google Play);
  • reason for the refund request;
  • any additional details that can help us identify the transaction.

3. Subscription Cancellation

If you do not want future charges, please make sure your subscription is cancelled separately. A refund request does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

4. Purchases via App Store or Google Play

Refund handling may differ depending on where the subscription was purchased.

  • App Store: if the charge was made through Apple, refund requests are usually handled through Apple support.
  • Google Play: if the charge was made through Google Play, refund handling may depend on Google Play policies and the purchase details.

5. Review Time

We aim to review refund requests within a few business days. In some cases, additional information may be required before a final decision can be made.

6. Important Notes

  • Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
  • Each request is reviewed based on billing details and the information provided.
  • Incomplete requests may take longer to process.
